I'm afraid of heights
I'm afraid of the dark and horror flicks
I'm afraid of global warming and genetically engineered produce
I'm afraid of flying through a thunderstorm, of earthquakes and hurricanes
I'm afraid of bats and tarantulas
I'm afraid of every sunrise and every sunset
And the lost days in between
But most of all
I'm afraid of turning my head and realizing you were never here.
